Luna is a royal blue wool fascinator. The base is wool and shaped as a 3.5″ wide headband . It is adorned with royal blue and medium light green sculptured feathers. This sweet little hat makes festive and elegant statement! It is appropriate to wear for the races, church, cocktail, dress, evening and more.
