How to Order Your Custom Design
1. Make an appointment to come to our Shop or Contact us with details:
- what you have in mind (occasion, color, outfit, pictures, timing)
- about you (picture, your stature, like/dislikes)
- a color swatch (material, thread, paint chip) if color is critical
3. We’ll confirm materials, price range timeline before the work starts.
- turnaround is usually 2-3 weeks, except during derby time.
- final pricing depends on materials & complexity but you’ll receive a reliable estimate.
2. We’’ll refine the design concept in person or by phone & text:
- I’ll show you materials, shapes, potential designs to clarify concept
- I’ll share mock-up pictures if appropriate to confirm the design
4. Receive your Fully Custom Hat or Fascinator tailored for You!
- Turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the time of year
- final pricing depends on chosen materials and complexity, but you will receive a reliable estimate.
