Billy is a small olive straw hat. It is made with a tightly woven straw that gives the hat integrity and form. This olive hat is adorned with a sinamay bow and band of the same olive color. The result is an attractive and well made hat that is appropriate to wear to the derby, races, everyday , church and more occasions.
