Felicia is a black embroidered fascinator. It has a low crown/dome with an embroidered brim. It is very elegant! It is appropriate to wear for the derby, races, church, dress, cocktail, more.
Fabric: triple layers of sinamay. Brim is embroidered on the sinamay.
Size: 16″ wide, roughly 3″ high
Headband: This fascinator has a thin elastic that secures it on the head. Place the elastic behind the ears and under the hair in the back of the head.
