May is a large ivory and black embroidered hat with black flowers embroidered on the ivory brim, and a black crown. The Crown is fashionably asymmetrically shaped to make it higher on the up side.
It is appropriate to wear for the races, derby, church, dress, and more.
Embellishment: Top surface is sinamay with embroidered black flower shapes. A black petersham bow on the back completes the design.
